Blood pressure of 120/65 mmHg and heart rate of 91 beats per minute are in the normal range and do not require targeted treatment.
Currently, China adopts the normal standard of blood pressure: the normal range of systolic blood pressure is 90~120 mmHg, and the normal range of diastolic blood pressure is 60~80 mmHg. Hypertension is diagnosed when the systolic blood pressure exceeds or is equal to 140 mmHg and/or the diastolic blood pressure exceeds or is equal to 90 mmHg in people who are not undergoing antihypertensive treatment such as medication.
The number of heart beats in a minute is the heart rate. In a quiet state, a heart rate of 60 to 100 beats per minute in adults is the normal range for heart rate. Therefore, both blood pressure and heart rate are normal.
If there is a significant increase in blood pressure and heart rate, seek medical attention.
