Cupping is usually possible at the Yongquan acupoint, only the operation is more difficult, related to the physiological anatomy, and needs to be operated by a professional doctor, to ensure the safety of the patient. Yongquan acupoint is located at the bottom of the foot, the depression at the front of the foot when the foot is flexed, which is equivalent to the first 1/3 of the line connecting the head of the suture lines of the second and third toes and the midpoint of the heel. Due to the relatively thin subcutaneous fat in this area and the uneven skin surface, cupping is relatively difficult to operate and cannot achieve the best therapeutic effect.
