The generic name of Nosyntho is sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets, which are used in patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. It can be taken with food or on an empty stomach, and the dosage is 50~400mg each time, 1-2 times a day, adjusted individually according to specific conditions. ① Chronic heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction: the starting dose is 100mg each time, twice a day. If the patient has not taken or taking low-dose ACEI or ARB, the starting dose is 50mg, once a day, according to the condition of the doubling every 2 to 4 weeks until it reaches 200mg, twice a day. (ii) Primary hypertension: Starting dose is 200mg once daily. Increase to 400mg once daily as tolerated. (iii) No dose adjustment is required for patients with mild renal or hepatic impairment and over 65 years of age. The recommended starting dose for moderate renal and hepatic impairment is 50mg each time, twice daily. The product should be used with caution in patients with severe renal impairment, and the recommended starting dose is 50mg each time, twice daily. This product is not recommended for severe hepatic impairment. ADVERSE REACTIONS: This drug is associated with embryotoxicity, angioedema, hypotension, renal impairment, hyperkalemia and other adverse reactions. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to this product; combined with ACEI; the presence of ACEI or ARB treatment-related angioedema past medical history; hereditary or idiopathic angioedema; severe hepatic impairment, biliary cirrhosis, cholestasis; combined with aliskiren; patients with mid- to late-term pregnancy.
