1. It is used in treating deficiency of spleen and lung qi, poor appetite and tiredness, cough and asthma, deficiency of qi and blood, yellowish color, palpitation and shortness of breath, thirst due to injury of body fluid, and thirst due to internal heat. It is not suitable for those who have solid evidence or heat evidence but not deficiency of positive qi, and should not be used with quinoa.
3. Jujubes have the effects of tonifying the middle Jiao (treating Qi deficiency by tonifying the spleen), nourishing blood and tranquilizing the mind. It is used for spleen deficiency with low food intake, loose stools in fatigue, and dirty agitation in women (upset and depression, sadness and wanting to cry for no reason).
4. Chinese wolfberry has the effect of nourishing the liver and kidney, benefiting the essence and brightening the eyes. It is used for deficiency, lumbar and knee pain, dizziness and tinnitus, impotence and spermatorrhea, internal heat and thirst, blood deficiency and yellowing, and dimming of the eyes.
After delivery, if the identification of qi and blood deficiency, liver and kidney deficiency, you can drink the above medicines brewed water. However, the active ingredients of the medicines in water are limited, and it is recommended that they be decocted.
