What’s with the sore feet?

There are many causes of sore feet, including lower limb strain, varicose veins of the lower limbs, lumbar disc herniation and other causes related.
1. Lower limb strain: due to long-term standing or walking, lower limb muscle strain, lactic acid metabolism is too much, causing sore feet.
2. Varicose veins of the lower limbs: due to the tortuous expansion of superficial blood vessels, the venous blood cannot circulate and accumulates in the lower limbs and feet, thus causing symptoms such as sore feet.
3. Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation: due to lumbar herniation, the intervertebral disc compresses the nerves, resulting in edema of soft tissues and nerves, which leads to symptoms such as sore feet, sensory loss and numbness of the lower limbs.
There are many other causes of sore feet, such as arthritis, flat feet, fatigue fracture, gout and diabetes complications, etc. Please consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause of the disease before treatment.
