Is it better to walk more or less with back pain

Walking more may increase the load of lumbar spine significantly, which may induce disc herniation aggravation or heavier injury, leading to aggravation of the symptoms of low back pain, and even seriously affecting the patient’s work and daily life. Therefore, patients with low back pain are advised not to walk more and try to rest in bed. If the symptoms are not relieved or accompanied by other symptoms, they should go to the hospital in time to get a clear explanation of the cause of the pain and then give targeted treatment.
