Cheng Fu is the name of a meridian point located in the posterior femoral region, at the midpoint of the gluteal groove, this point is at the lower edge of the gluteus maximus muscle, belonging to the foot solar bladder meridian. The function of Cheng Fu point is to facilitate the flow of stools, relax the tendons and activate the collaterals, and treat hemorrhoids as well as pain in the lumbar, sacral, gluteal and femoral regions.
Cheng Fu acupoint can be taken in the prone position, in the hip and thigh junction of the arm groove midpoint to take the point. Cheng Fu points are often used with other points for the treatment of diseases, such as with the commission of the middle point, Feiyang point for hemorrhoids.
