Lice are categorized as head lice, body lice, and pubic lice, and the symptoms are different, but lice bites are usually dominated by skin lesions such as erythema and pimples.
1. Head lice: often in the head, especially in the back of the ear, the back of the head, the edge of the hair, can be seen in the hair between the white eggs. Head lice bite often appear head localized itching, pimples, subcutaneous bleeding, after scratching often appear ooze or blood crust.
2. Body lice: often appear in the scapula, back and waist, skin folds and clothing, body lice bites often appear localized hemorrhagic red spots, papules, blisters, doughnuts and other symptoms. If scratched and broken can also appear small pustules.
3. Pubic lice: often appear in the groin and pubic hair area, pubic lice bite will make the skin localized bleeding spots, often intense itching, erythema, pimples, and in severe cases, even the emergence of scabs, folliculitis and other symptoms.
