Lung qi insufficiency is mostly caused by prolonged lung disease, which depletes lung qi, or by spleen deficiency, which results in insufficient lung qi generation. Lung masters the qi of the body, meaning that the lungs are in charge of the generation and operation of the qi of the body, and prolonged lung diseases will affect the function of the lungs, so that the generation of qi is affected, resulting in lung qi insufficiency. Spleen is the source of qi and blood biochemistry, food and drink through the transportation of the spleen, the generation of water and grain essence transported to the other organs, to help them generate qi and blood, so spleen deficiency will lead to lung qi deficiency. Lung qi insufficiency will lead to coughing and wheezing, sputum clear and thin, less breath and lazy speech (lack of strength, do not want to speak), low and timid speech; fatigue (lack of spirit) body tired, pale, self-sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, a little sweat aggravated by the movement), bad wind, easy to catch a cold and other symptoms. If the above symptoms persist and cannot be relieved, it is recommended to go to the hospital for early and regular treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
