4. Pneumoconiosis: patients with pneumoconiosis can be treated with beta₂ agonists such as salbutamol aerosol and salmeterol aerosol, theophyllines such as aminophylline and doxophylline, anticholinergics such as ipratropium bromide and tiotropium bromide, and cough suppressants such as dextromethorphan and codeine, in order to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms. Lung lavage and rational oxygen therapy are also feasible in some patients.
Lung cancer, respiratory bronchiolitis, etc. may also cause a lot of small white spots in the lung CT test. It is recommended that patients do further detailed examination in order to clarify the cause of the disease and then follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, do not use drugs indiscriminately.
