Severe sweating in summer may be caused by physiological reasons, or it may be due to pathological reasons. Physiological causes of sweating generally do not need to be treated, and pathological causes need to be treated for the cause.
1. Physiological reasons: summer temperatures are generally higher, if the body is exposed to high temperatures for a long time in the environment, it will sweat through the way of heat dissipation. Obese patients due to the accumulation of subcutaneous fat is not conducive to the dissipation of heat, so also need to sweat through a large number of ways to dissipate heat, which are physiological conditions, generally without treatment.
2. Pathological causes: including spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, sweating is aggravated by the slightest movement), night sweating (sweating abnormally after falling asleep, sweating stops after waking up) and so on. Self-sweating is mostly caused by Qi deficiency, and night sweating is mostly caused by Yin deficiency and internal heat. Patients with spontaneous sweating can take Yuping Feng San orally for treatment, while patients with night sweating can take Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan and other drugs that nourish yin and clear heat for treatment.
The adverse reactions and contraindications of the above drugs are not yet clear, such as the occurrence of summer sweating and other uncomfortable symptoms, the need to consult a doctor in time to avoid delaying the condition.
