If the patients are taking the drug for the treatment of hypertension, arrhythmia, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, angina pectoris and hyperthyroidism, they usually take 25~50mg each time, 2~3 times a day. If a patient is taking 100mg of this medication, but only needs to take 25mg, then 1/4 tablet may be taken. If the patient is required to take 100~200mg, it is not advisable to take 1/4 tablet, which is not conducive to disease control. Some patients may experience adverse reactions such as fatigue, headache, bradycardia, palpitations, dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea, etc., after taking the drug, and a small number of patients may also show weight gain and chest pain.
