The causes of abdominal pain after exercise may be due to inadequate preparatory activities, disorganized respiratory rhythm, rectus abdominis muscle spasm or improper diet.
1. Inadequate preparatory activities: Exercise load at the beginning of exercise is too large, and the function of internal organs has not been improved to the proper level of exercise before increasing the intensity of exercise, which causes the swelling of internal organs and increases the tension of the organs’ perimembranosus, leading to the production of tugging pain.
2. Respiratory rhythm disorders: after large exercise, the uniform, rhythmic breathing is destroyed, so that the oxygen intake decreases, the body lacks oxygen, which leads to respiratory muscle fatigue. After the diaphragm fatigue weakened the massage effect on the liver, resulting in liver bruising and swelling, causing abdominal pain.
3. Rectus abdominis muscle spasm: mostly occurs in the summer for more strenuous exercise, due to sweating caused by a large amount of water, salt loss, metabolic disorders in the body, coupled with fatigue, can cause rectus abdominis muscle spasmodic pain.
4. Improper diet: eating time is too close to the exercise time, eating too much before exercise, drinking a lot of water or carbonated beverages, eating stimulating, indigestible food or fasting exercise, will cause gastrointestinal spasm to produce abdominal pain.
Therefore, before daily exercise, you should do a good job of warming up, avoid eating and drinking too much, and pay attention to the breathing rhythm during exercise. When abdominal pain is more serious, you should slowly stop exercising and rest.
