Can you drink snake gall in water?

Snake gallbladder can be brewed and drunk, but the active ingredients in the water are limited and generally do not achieve the therapeutic effect.
Snake gall tastes sweet, slightly bitter, cool in nature, with small toxicity, entering the liver and spleen meridians; it has the efficacy of dispelling wind and suppressing fright, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, cooling the liver and improving eyesight (clearing liver fire to promote vision recovery), and detoxifying the toxins, and is mainly used in the treatment of phlegm-heat convulsions (convulsions and fainting caused by phlegm-heat), phlegm-heat coughs, whooping coughs, redness of the eye (conjunctival congestion of the eye), cataracts of the eye (eye obstacles created inside the eye to cover the line of sight), hemorrhoidal swelling and pain, and acne.
The adverse reactions of this product are not known. It is contraindicated in pregnant women, and should be used with caution in weak and allergic persons. This product can be taken internally with boiled water or wine; or into pills or powder; or made into wine. It can also be used externally by applying the juice externally, or applying it with powder.
