Commonly used acupoints for dispelling dampness and heat include the Commission Zhong point, the Quchi point, and the Yanglingquan point.
Commission in the middle, located in the posterior region of the knee, popliteal transverse midpoint. It is used for treating low back pain, lower limb impotence paralysis (weakness, numbness and pain in the lower limbs), abdominal pain, acute vomiting and diarrhea, cryptorchid rash, tannin (an acute infectious disease that can be seen as reddening of the skin as if it had been coated with pigment), urinary dyspareunia (unsmooth urination), and enuresis.
Quchi, flexion of the elbow, when the elbow transverse stripe at the outer end of the depression, when the ulnar ze and the humerus lateral epicondyle line in the middle point. Treats sore throat, toothache, eye pain, scrofula (mainly refers to cervical lymph node tuberculosis), abdominal pain and diarrhea, fever.
Yanglingquan is located on the lateral side of the lower leg, in the depression below the front of the head of the fibula. It is used for treating jaundice, dystocia (pain in the area of the ribs and coats of arms), bitter taste in the mouth, vomiting, acid swallowing (swallowing the acid in the stomach that goes up to the oropharynx), swollen and painful knees, impotence and paralysis of the lower limbs and numbness, pediatric convulsions (a pediatric disease that is characterized by dizziness, apoplexy, and convulsions), and shoulder pain.
