How to Correct Crooked and Asymmetrical Eyes

Crooked and asymmetrical eyes are usually a sign of eye strabismus, which can be improved with medication and surgery.
Eye strabismus often requires the use of dilators and pupil reducers, such as atropine dilators, which help correct or improve internal strabismus caused by abnormal refractive adjustment. In some patients, if the strabismus is caused by paralyzed eye muscles, botulinum toxin type A injections can help reduce the strabismus or eliminate it.
However, if the eye strabismus is more severe and conservative treatment is generally ineffective, surgical treatment is available, which can effectively correct strabismus by cutting, shifting, as well as suturing.
Eye strabismus must be promptly consulted and treated with medication or surgery under the guidance of a doctor to avoid aggravation of strabismus.
