Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in the non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma phenotype is difficult to cure completely.
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and belongs to aggressive lymphoma with high malignant degree, and the condition of different patients varies greatly. Clinically, targeted therapy, combined chemotherapy or bone marrow transplantation are often adopted to treat diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
1. Targeted therapy and multi-drug chemotherapy can be combined, and the commonly used treatment plan is R-CHOP (rituximab + cyclophosphamide + vincristine + doxorubicin + prednisone), which can alleviate the condition of some patients and prolong the survival period.
2. However, some patients with severe disease have no obvious effect through targeted therapy and combination chemotherapy, and their disease continues to progress. It is difficult to completely cure diffuse large B-cell lymphoma through targeted therapy and combination chemotherapy. Bone marrow transplantation is a possible treatment to cure diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
It is recommended that the patient should go to the hematology department in time, complete the relevant examinations to evaluate the condition, and then formulate an individualized treatment plan under the guidance of the physician according to the patient’s condition.
