The presence of diarrhea in patients with kidney failure has little to do with kidney failure itself. Diarrhea may be caused by infections, dietary factors, pancreatic diseases and so on. 1. Infection: It may be caused by bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi and other pathogenic bacteria, which can make the intestinal flora imbalance, and inflammation and other conditions, which can lead to the phenomenon of diarrhea. 2. Dietary factors: it may be due to congenital or secondary lactose intolerance, which may cause diarrhea due to poor digestion and absorption of sugar in the intestine. It may also be due to the patient’s own allergy to fish, dairy products and other food caused by intestinal metabolic reactions, resulting in diarrhea. 3. Pancreatic diseases: such as chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, etc., there may be insufficient exocrine pancreatic phenomenon, resulting in the intestinal lumen memory retention of a large number of undigested solutes and cause hypertonic diarrhea. It is recommended that patients with renal failure who have diarrhea should go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to avoid delaying their condition.
