What does Nortriptyline do?

Nosintrol is the trade name and the drug name is Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets. Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets are mainly used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and heart failure in patients with primary hypertension and chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (NYHA class II-IV, LVEF ≤40%). Specific dosing is subject to medical advice. Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets can be used in place of angiotensin II receptor antagonists and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors for lowering blood pressure, or in combination with other heart failure treatment medications. Adverse reactions to sacubatril valsartan sodium tablets include angioedema, renal impairment, hypotension, dizziness, and hyperkalemia. Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets are contraindicated in people who are allergic to the components of the drug, in combination with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, in patients with angioedema, in people with severe hepatic damage, cholestasis, biliary cirrhosis, and in pregnant women. Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets are prescription drugs and need to be used under medical supervision.
