Therefore, if the X-ray is reviewed in about 3~6 months and if it shows good healing, you can start walking on crutches with the affected limb on the ground under the care of your family. After a period of adaptation, you can start walking without crutches.
However, it is important to note that the first time you take off the crutches to walk, must have someone to look after, assist, to avoid the discomfort of walking lead to re-injury.
