Acne is an early manifestation of acne. Acne may be caused by heredity, improper diet, endocrine abnormality, and abnormal keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts.

4. Abnormal keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts: If the patient’s follicular sebaceous gland ducts are over-keratinized, resulting in narrowing or blockage of the ducts, it may affect the normal discharge of epithelial cells and sebum shed from the follicle wall, thus forming acne.
