What’s with the hand twitching on its own?

Hand twitching by itself is considered to be related to over fatigue, calcium deficiency, hypoglycemia, epilepsy and so on.
1. Excessive fatigue: excessive fatigue of the hand, such as lifting heavy objects for a long time, can lead to muscle strain and poor blood circulation, and then the symptoms of hand twitching can occur. It is recommended that patients take proper rest, and if necessary, accelerate the recovery through localized hot compresses and other treatments.
2. Calcium deficiency: When the human body is deficient in calcium, muscle excitability increases and hand twitching symptoms can occur. It is recommended to eat more calcium-containing foods, such as soy products, milk, etc., and if necessary, use calcium tablets, osteopontin and other drugs under the guidance of a doctor.
3. Hypoglycemia: When hypoglycemia occurs, the glucose contained in the body decreases and involuntary twitching of the hands may occur, accompanied by sweating and weakness, etc. It is recommended that high glucose should be given to correct hypoglycemia immediately after the onset of the disease.
4. Epilepsy: This disease is caused by abnormal discharges of neurons in the brain and manifests itself as involuntary twitching of the hands. Frequent convulsions should be treated with antiepileptic drugs according to the condition, including carbamazepine and phenytoin sodium.
Involuntary hand twitching may also be caused by other reasons, and patients are advised to seek timely medical treatment under the guidance of a doctor.
