Sour teeth after vomiting can be relieved by symptomatic treatment and causative treatment.
1. Symptomatic treatment: After vomiting, stomach acid refluxes into the mouth, which will cause strong stimulation to the oral mucosa and teeth, thus leading to the symptoms of tooth acid. Patients should immediately use warm water to rinse their mouths to expel the stomach acid in their mouths to alleviate the symptoms of tooth acidity.
2. Treatment: The patient should go to the hospital as soon as possible to identify the cause of vomiting and carry out targeted treatment. Patients may also consider using medications as prescribed by the doctor, such as omeprazole (to inhibit gastric acid secretion), domperidone (to promote gastric emptying), and so on.
Patients are advised to go to the hospital in time, take a light diet and avoid spicy and stimulating food. All drugs should be used under the guidance of a doctor, not blindly self-medication.
