What to do if you have pain inside your hip joint and pain in your inner thigh?

Pain in the inner thigh may be caused by necrosis of the femoral head, hip impingement syndrome, arthritis, etc. Targeted treatments, such as medication and surgery, need to be carried out under the guidance of the doctor.
1. Necrosis of the femoral head: pain can occur mainly in the groin, hip and thigh area, occasionally accompanied by knee pain. Low molecular heparin, prostaglandin and other drugs can be used to reduce the symptoms; while surgery is the main treatment method, such as medullary core decompression, osteotomy, artificial hip replacement, autologous bone grafting with blood transport, bone grafting without blood transport and so on.
2. Hip impingement syndrome: mainly intermittent or persistent pain in the groin area, induced or aggravated by hip flexion movements such as squatting, bending, leg lifting and climbing. Consider using celecoxib capsules, meloxicam tablets, etc. to relieve pain; mainly take surgical treatment, including open hip surgery and minimally invasive hip arthroscopy.
3. Arthritis: Hip arthritis is mainly manifested as pain in the hip joint area, if it is osteoarthritis, you can carry out intra-articular injection of sodium vitrate in the hip joint, together with oral non-steroidal pain relievers, such as celecoxib, etc.; if necessary, carry out surgical joint replacement or minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery.
However, this symptom alone is not enough to diagnose the disease, and may be caused by other factors. It is recommended that the patient consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause and give targeted treatment, do not blindly self-medication.
