Eczema in children is mainly caused by abnormal immune function, skin barrier dysfunction, allergy and other factors, children can be treated by general treatment, topical medication, systemic medication, physical therapy and other ways.

3. Systemic medication: children with eczema with intense itching can use antihistamines such as loratadine to improve their symptoms, and patients with secondary infections can be treated with oral penicillin and other antibiotics.
4. Physical therapy: some children can also choose to be treated by ultraviolet local irradiation therapy.
