Multiple myeloma (should be multiple myeloma) is a malignant tumor of the bone. Whether it is early or not is judged according to the severity of the disease progression, and whether it is early or not needs to be analyzed by the doctor in conjunction with the clinic.
Early stage multiple myeloma is defined as blood beta 2 microglobulin less than 3.5 mg per liter and blood albumin greater than 30 grams per liter. It is also defined as a patient with normal bone structure or isolated plasmacytoma of the bone on skeletal X-ray, with hemoglobin greater than 100 mg per liter and serum calcium less than or equal to 2.65 mmol per liter.
Early multiple myeloma may also present with anemia, hepatosplenomegaly, enlarged lymph nodes and fever, and may be accompanied by anemia with symptoms such as fatigue, pallor and edema.
If the patient has the above symptoms, he/she should go to the hospital in time and be treated under the doctor’s guidance. Doctors also need to make a diagnosis in conjunction with the patient’s medical history, etc., in order to determine whether multiple myeloma is in its early stages. Do not delay as this may cause the disease to worsen.
