Corrugated Zi is flat in nature, salty in taste, and belongs to the lung, stomach and liver meridians. It has the efficacy of inhibiting acidity and relieving pain, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis, and softening and dispersing knots. It is used as the main treatment for scrofula (mainly refers to tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes), gall tumors (equivalent to thyroid gland tumors), mass in the abdomen, lumps, persistent phlegm and prolonged coughing, and stomach pains with vomiting of acid, and other diseases.
