How to regulate yellow sweating

Yellow sweating may be caused by Ying-wei disharmony (a Chinese medicine disease mechanism, often manifested as surface evidence of spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, the slightest movement of sweating aggravated)), liver and gallbladder dampness and heat, and so on. It can be regulated by taking Chinese medicine.
If yellow sweating is accompanied by body pain and coldness (fear of cold), it may be caused by the disharmony between Ying and Wei, and can be treated with Gui Zhi Jia Huang Qi Tang under the guidance of a doctor. Commonly used Chinese herbs are cinnamon sticks, peony, astragalus, licorice, ginger and jujube. Gui Zhi Plus Astragalus Soup is contraindicated for people with rheumatic fever syndrome.
If yellow sweating is accompanied by distension and pain in the abdomen and ribs, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, yellowing of the body and eyes, etc., it may be caused by damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, and gentian-diarrhea liver soup can be taken under the guidance of a doctor. Commonly used Chinese herbs are gentian herb, scutellaria baicalensis (stir-fried in wine), gardenia jasminoides (stir-fried in wine), zejia, moutong, etc.
If there are symptoms of yellow sweating, it is recommended to consult a doctor promptly. If medication is needed, it should be identified by a doctor and standardized treatment should be followed.
