If there is no change in the follow-up of multiple ground glass nodules, it is recommended to continue clinical observation and follow the doctor’s instructions for regular review. Multiple ground-glass nodules are relatively common in clinical practice, and can be detected in time through chest CT and other imaging. For multiple ground-glass nodules with clear boundaries, stable structure, and no signs of malignancy, it is recommended that they be followed up at intervals of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months for observation. For multiple ground-glass nodules that do not continue to increase in size and do not show the above malignant signs, it is recommended to continue to have annual follow-ups, but if rapid enlargement of the ground-glass nodule is detected during the follow-ups, with burrs or lobular changes in the surrounding area, and signs of malignant changes, such as pleural pulling, can be treated by surgery in a timely manner. It is recommended to consult the Department of Thoracic Surgery of regular hospitals for the follow-up of ground-glass nodules.
