Tacrolimus Ointment has side effects seen as burning sensation of the skin, allergic reaction, headache, etc. and should be used in accordance with medical advice. Tacrolimus Ointment instructions state that this product has adverse reactions such as burning sensation of the skin, itching, flu-like symptoms, allergic reactions, skin erythema, headache, skin infections, fever, infections, increased coughing, asthma, herpes simplex, eczema herpetiformis, impetigo, diarrhea, vomiting, rhinitis, urticaria, and facial edema. This product is contraindicated in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to tacrolimus or other ingredients. Tacrolimus ointment is used as a second-line treatment for individuals with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis who are not immune compromised and for whom conventional therapy is contraindicated or who have not responded adequately to conventional therapy. It should be used under medical supervision.
