Ways to prevent motion sickness

Preventing motion sickness can be improved through general prevention, taking motion sickness medication as prescribed by the doctor, applying motion sickness stickers, and taking exercise therapy. 1. General prevention: Try not to eat too much before the car, you can sit in the front seat to reduce bumps. Divert your attention by taking a deep breath, looking at a stable object, etc.; or close your eyes after getting on the bus, listen to soothing music, and sleep; open the windows to ventilate the air and thus alleviate the symptoms. 2. Taking motion sickness medication: After consulting with your doctor, you can take motion sickness medication half an hour before getting on the bus to improve the symptoms of motion sickness, such as benadryl and diphenhydramine; or put on motion sickness stickers to prevent motion sickness. 3. Exercise training can be used to give a certain amount of stimulation of directional information conflict (such as rotation, swaying movement), enhance adaptive ability and reduce sensitivity. If symptoms such as epigastric discomfort, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, etc. persist for more than a few hours after stopping transportation, it is recommended to consult a hospital as soon as possible for targeted treatment by a specialist.
