Acne is generally referred to as acne vulgaris, which can be removed through general treatment, medication, physical therapy, etc. There are no so-called “tricks”.
1. General treatment: Staying up late may lead to an increase in sebaceous gland secretion, and the excess cortex provides a suitable environment for the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, leading to the occurrence of acne. It is recommended that acne patients develop good habits and avoid staying up late; eat a light diet, avoiding oily, high-sugar foods and dairy products; ensure skin cleanliness and avoid scratching and squeezing acne.
2. Medication: Mild acne can be treated with adapalene gel, benzoyl peroxide, fusidic acid cream, erythromycin ointment and other medications; moderate and severe acne can be treated with oral doxycycline, erythromycin and isotretinoin.
3. Physical therapy: red and blue light irradiation and photodynamic therapy can destroy Propionibacterium acnes and reduce inflammatory reactions.
It is recommended that patients with severe acne, or those who have been ineffective in general treatment, consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of the doctor to standardize the treatment, and avoid the use of private medication, or the use of the so-called “small tricks”, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
