What herbs can be used to regulate dentate tongue

Tongue with teeth marks is a manifestation of spleen deficiency and dampness, which can be regulated by taking Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu San and Shi Spleen San.
1. Ginseng and Atractylodes Macrocephalae is composed of white lentil, atractylodes macrocephala, poria, licorice, platycodon, lotus seed, ginseng, sand nut, Chinese yam, and coix seed. It has the effect of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen, seeping dampness and stopping diarrhea. It is mainly used for treating spleen deficiency and dampness, shortness of breath, intestinal sounding and diarrhea, yellowish color, emaciation, tiredness and weakness, and loss of appetite. Contraindications, precautions and adverse reactions are not clear.
2. Solid Spleen Bulk is composed of Hou Pu, Atractylodes Macrocephalae, Papaya, Mucuna pruriens, Herba Cuscutae, Radix et Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, Radix et Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, Poria cocos, Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae. It has the effect of warming yang, strengthening spleen, promoting qi and inducing diuresis. Indications: Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidneys, internalized water retention of yin water. Swelling below half of the body, no warmth in the hands and feet, no thirst in the mouth, fullness in the chest and abdomen, loose stools, white and greasy tongue coating, and sunken stringy and late pulse.
Note that Yang Shui (retention of water and fluid caused by pathogenic evils such as wind, dampness, heat and poison) should not be used, and precautions and adverse reactions are not clear.
