Does chronic gastritis cause leg pain?

Chronic gastritis does not usually cause leg pain symptoms.
Chronic gastritis is a common gastrointestinal disease, and its main symptoms are some non-specific gastrointestinal symptoms, such as epigastric discomfort, vague pain, abdominal distension, burning sensation in the stomach, loss of appetite, regurgitation and belching.
If combined with pernicious anemia can also appear anemia-related symptoms, such as fatigue, weakness, anorexia, lethargy, skin and mucous membrane pallor. However, patients almost never experience leg pain.
There are many possible causes of leg pain, such as trauma, lower limb arthritis, osteomyelitis, joint tuberculosis, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, lower limb malignant tumors, etc. However, it is rare to see reports of leg pain caused by chronic gastritis.
It is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible to find out the cause of leg pain and treat it accordingly without delay so as not to aggravate the condition.
