Eating prunes tends to increase or decrease fire

In Chinese medicine, excessive eating of prunes may cause fire.
“Fire” is a folk saying, from the nutritional point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, often eat greasy, fried, warm, hot, spicy food is easy to cause fire, due to the warm nature of prunes, if often eat a lot of prunes, may cause fire.
Yangmei is warm, sweet, astringent, its effect is to relieve alcohol, and in the elimination of food, the production of fluids in addition to annoyance, astringent intestines; mainly used for thirst after alcohol, dry mouth, but also used for dysentery diarrhea, and diet stagnation caused by nausea and vomiting, stomach noisy (stomach similar to the hunger, emptiness with burning sensation), epigastric (gastric and abdominal) distention and fullness and other evidence.
Common clinical manifestations of “fire” include toothache, erosion of the corners of the mouth, red and swollen eyes, which, if not accompanied by systemic symptoms, is a mild form of heat syndrome in Chinese medicine. Other foods that can easily cause fire, such as chili peppers, durian, pepper, pepper, etc., to dispel the fire of food such as watermelon, winter melon, mung bean sprouts and so on.
It is recommended to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits in daily life, eat less spicy food, drink more water and exercise properly.
