The diagnosis of medium-sized craniocerebral injury relies on the patient’s clinical manifestations, imaging examination and GCS (Glasgow Coma Score) score. 1. Clinical manifestations: the patient is unconscious within 12 hours after the injury, with slight positive neurological signs, such as headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, and changes in vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure. 2. Imaging examination: Usually, cranial CT examination of patients with craniocerebral injury can have cerebral contusion, skull fracture and subarachnoid hemorrhage, and the compression of brain tissue is not obvious, and usually does not need craniotomy. 3. GCS score: The GCS score of patients with medium-sized craniocerebral injury is 9~12 points. Patients with medium-sized craniocerebral injury need to go to the hospital in time for examination and actively cooperate with doctors for treatment, and avoid carelessness so as not to delay treatment.
