Multiple nodular shadows in both lungs can be seen in interstitial lung disease, tuberculosis, pulmonary mycosis and other diseases, for different types of diseases, the specific treatment program is different. 1. Interstitial lung disease: there are many types of interstitial lung disease, and the treatment program is different for different types. Take the treatment of tuberculosis as an example, asymptomatic people with normal or slightly abnormal lung function can be treated without treatment; people with obvious intrapulmonary or extrapulmonary symptoms need to be treated with glucocorticosteroids and other treatments according to the actual situation. 2. Tuberculosis: The imaging manifestations of tuberculosis are polymorphic, i.e. infiltration shadow, nodular shadow and fibro-calcified shadow can exist at the same time, and most of them occur in the posterior apical segment of the upper lobe, the dorsal segment of the lower lobe and the posterior basal segment. Treatment should be based on anti-tuberculosis therapy, such as isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide and other drugs. 3. Lung fungal disease: the imaging of lung fungal disease can be manifested as single or multiple nodules, and the treatment should be based on antifungal therapy, such as voriconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole, amphotericin B and other drugs for antifungal therapy. Multiple nodular shadows in both lungs can also be caused by other diseases, such as lung cancer or metastasis of malignant tumors in other parts of the body. If multiple nodular shadows in both lungs are found, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital in time for consultation and standardized treatment under the guidance of the doctor after a clear diagnosis is made.
