Breast cancer can have no signals in early stage, i.e. no specific symptoms. In middle and late stage, there may be typical symptoms such as cellulite-like lesions, different degrees of pain and enlarged axillary lymph nodes. 1. Early stage: the diameter of the mass is usually small, usually no self-awareness of symptoms, mostly inadvertently touched the mass, usually hard, poor mobility, the surface is not smooth, the pain is not obvious or hidden pain, the mass and the surrounding tissues of the boundaries are not clear. Most of the patients are not typical in the early stage, so they can’t be judged by the symptoms alone. 2. Intermediate stage: with the growth of tumor, the diameter of tumor increases gradually, and the breast can be obviously enlarged and painful, due to the compression of cancer, lymphatic fluid retention leads to skin edema, and cellulite-like lesions can appear. 3. Late stage: the cancer spreads widely to the skin, breaks into cauliflower pattern, bad smell, easy to bleed, and the lymph nodes in the axilla of the same side become lumpy and frozen, or the supraclavicular lymph nodes are metastasized. Metastasis to the lungs may cause coughing and difficulty in breathing; metastasis to the liver may cause swelling and pain in the liver area, jaundice, loss of appetite and other symptoms. It is recommended to do regular physical examination related to breast cancer, and once a lump is found in the breast, ultrasound, molybdenum target and other examinations should be done in a timely manner to achieve early detection and early treatment.
