4. Guanyuan Point: located in the middle of the lower abdomen, 3 inches below the umbilicus. It has the function of benefiting qi, promoting menstruation and blood circulation, and regulating Chong Ren. Smooth flow of qi and blood through the meridians can relieve dysmenorrhea.
5. Blood Sea Point: located in the patella on the upper edge of 2 inches, the sea of blood is the place where qi and blood return to gather, with blood circulation, blood stasis, regulating menstruation blood effect, for gynecological menstrual regulator point.
