Can you get pregnant with an uneven lining?

Uneven endometrium may be endometrial polyps, uterine fibroids, endometrial recovery after surgery, etc. It is possible to get pregnant, but it may have an impact on pregnancy.
1. Endometrial polyps: endometrial polyps are caused by localized overgrowth of the endometrium, which is a relatively common gynecological disease. If the endometrial polyps are small and do not have obvious clinical symptoms, you can get pregnant; however, if the endometrium is large, it will affect pregnancy, mainly preventing the fertilization of the egg from implanting, which will make it difficult to get pregnant or easy to miscarry.
2. Uterine fibroids: uterine fibroids are related to hereditary hormone levels and are a kind of benign tumors. If the tumor is relatively small, it does not have much effect on pregnancy, but larger tumors will interfere with the implantation of the fertilized egg, which may cause infertility or repeated miscarriages.
3. Post-operative recovery period of endometrium: when intrauterine operation may cause local damage to the endometrium, ultrasound examination during the recovery period will indicate that the endometrium has uneven echogenicity, and it is generally recommended to review the examination after menstruation. Whether or not pregnancy will be affected is obviously related to the postoperative recovery, so after intrauterine surgery, postoperative precautions should strictly follow the doctor’s instructions.
There may be other reasons for the unevenness of the endometrium. If you have been infertile for a long time, you should consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause and standardize the treatment.
