How old is the right age for a girl to develop

The development of girls refers to the beginning of puberty, which usually starts at the age of 9 to 12.
In girls, puberty usually begins at the age of 9 to 12 years, and the earliest secondary sex characteristics that appear are breast development, which serves as a sign of the onset of puberty in girls; followed by the appearance of pubic hair and changes in the external genitalia; and finally, the onset of the first menstrual period, which also signals the maturation of the female reproductive function.
If a girl develops secondary sexual characteristics before the age of 8, it is considered precocious puberty; if a girl does not show secondary sexual characteristics after the age of 14, it is considered delayed sexual development. Whether it is precocious puberty or delayed sexual development, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital as soon as possible to find out the cause and intervene in a timely manner.
When girls are developing during puberty, they should pay attention to balanced nutrition, appropriate exercise, and avoid eating junk food and spicy stimulating food.
