Will 5 centimeters of endothelial lining 10 days after purging result in adhesions?

An endometrium of 5 centimeters 10 days after clearance does not necessarily result in adhesions. Uterine adhesions are a common uterine disease that poses a serious risk to reproductive function. Multiple abortions and purges increase the incidence of uterine adhesions. Some patients with uterine adhesions will experience symptoms such as decreased menstrual flow, amenorrhea, and dysmenorrhea, but some patients have no obvious clinical symptoms and only ultrasound suggests uterine adhesion bands. For patients with low menstrual flow and fertility requirements, surgical treatment is required. Uterine adhesions may not necessarily occur within a short period of time after the removal operation, patients can wait for the recovery of menstruation to observe the menstrual flow, or in the middle of menstruation ultrasonography to monitor the thickness of the uterine lining in order to find out whether there are adhesions.
