Itchy blistering skin is usually a symptom of tinea versicolor, herpes sweat, papular urticaria or herpes simplex, which needs to be treated promptly after going to the hospital to clarify the cause of the disease.
1. Tinea versicolor is caused by fungal infection of the skin on the hands or feet and is transmitted through skin-to-skin contact. It is characterized by dense blisters under the skin on the hands or feet, with marked itching at the blisters, and usually begins with a unilateral attack on the hands or feet.
2. Sweat herpes is a special type of eczema that occurs on the palms of the hands and feet, and is related to immune dysfunction, contact with allergens, endocrine disorders and other factors. It is a symmetrical appearance of deep subcutaneous blisters on both hands or feet, the size of the blisters is pea grains, itching is obvious, and there is a tingling sensation when pressed.
3. Papular urticaria is caused by mosquito bites on the skin, occurring at night in spring, summer and fall. The manifestation of scattered skin papules or fusiform wind, rash with pinpoint blisters or red spots, itching is intense.
4. Herpes simplex is caused by a viral infection and spreads through skin-to-skin contact. It occurs in the perioral area and external genitalia, and is mainly characterized by coin-sized erythema on the skin, with dense blisters on the erythema, accompanied by varying degrees of itching or burning sensation.
