Manifestations of people with insufficient heart yin

Deficiency of heart yin, i.e. heart yin deficiency, is mainly manifested as palpitation, heartburn, insomnia, dreamy, dry mouth and throat, flushed cheekbones, five heartburn and heat, emaciation, hot flashes and night sweats. Heart yin deficiency refers to the loss of yin and fluid, heart loss of nourishment, or yin does not control yang, deficiency heat internal disturbance. Yin deficiency of the heart is characterized by loss of nourishment and heart movement, thus manifesting palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic); and internal disturbance of deficient heat, which is characterized by distraction, insomnia, and dreaminess. Yin deficiency is not nourishing, thus manifesting dry mouth and throat, and thinness; Yin does not control yang, and deficiency heat is generated internally, thus manifesting heat in the hands and feet, hot flashes (a burst of heat), night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), flushing of the cheekbones (redness of the cheekbones on both sides of the face), a red tongue with little moss and lack of fluid, and a fine pulse (a pulse that becomes narrower and finer, and at an accelerated rate). If you feel any discomfort, please go to the hospital promptly.
