The patient’s high pressure of 107 mmHg and low pressure of 82 mmHg are within the normal blood pressure range.
If there is no hypertension, monitoring blood pressure 107/82mmHg indicates normal blood pressure; if there is hypertension without other comorbidities such as cerebral infarction, monitoring blood pressure 107/82mmHg under lifestyle intervention or medication, and the patient does not have dizziness, headache and other uncomfortable symptoms, it indicates that the treatment program is more appropriate and the blood pressure is well controlled.
The normal range of blood pressure in adults is high pressure at 90~139mmHg and low pressure at 60~89mmHg in quiet state. if the high pressure ≥140mmHg and/or low pressure ≥90mmHg in 3 measurements of the clinic in quiet state not on the same day, it is considered as high blood pressure. Hypotension is considered low if the blood pressure <90/60mmHg.
It is recommended that patients with high pressure of 107mmHg and low pressure of 82mmHg should repeat the measurement of blood pressure after resting and calming down to observe whether it is within the normal range, and if it is found that the blood pressure is elevated or accompanied by dizziness and headache and other discomforts, go to the hospital in time for medical consultation and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
