The golden hour for acute cerebral infarction

The golden treatment time of acute cerebral infarction is divided into the golden treatment time of intravenous thrombolysis and arterial thrombolysis. Within 6 hours after the onset of the disease is the golden time for intravenous thrombolysis; within 6 hours to 24 hours after the onset of the disease is the golden time for arterial thrombol extraction.
1. Intravenous thrombolysis: the golden treatment time of intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction is within 6 hours, if there is an indication for intravenous thrombolysis after the onset of the disease, and there is no absolute contraindication, it is feasible to use alteplase thrombolytic therapy.
2. Arterial thrombolysis: If the effect of intravenous thrombolysis is unsatisfactory or there is a contraindication to intravenous thrombolysis, comprehensive assessment of the patient’s onset of time, vascular lesions, disease severity and feasible arterial thrombolysis, within 6 hours after the onset of the arterial thrombolysis of the golden rescue time.
Arterial thrombolysis is feasible after the onset of anterior circulation occlusion within 6 hours or the onset of anterior circulation occlusion within 6~24 hours and after strict imaging screening; arterial thrombolysis is still feasible after the onset of posterior circulation vascular occlusion within 24 hours.
If acute cerebral infarction occurs, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time and take treatment under the doctor’s guidance, so as not to miss the golden rescue time and delay the condition.
