Stiff hand joints can be exercised with finger joint exercises, wrist joint exercises and resistance exercises.
1. Finger joint exercises: You can exercise your finger joints by clenching your fists, holding your fists tightly for 3~5 seconds, and then straightening 5 fingers for 3~5 seconds, 500~1000 times a day. This will help to improve the symptoms of stiffness in the finger joints.
2. Wrist exercises: through active and passive wrist flexion and extension exercises, it can stretch the wrist muscles and tendons, and at the same time, it can relax the joint capsule and gradually restore the range of motion of the joints.
3. Resistance Exercise: You can use elastic bands, grips and other equipment to perform resistance exercises for the hand joints to strengthen the muscles and further increase the joint mobility to alleviate the symptoms of joint stiffness.
It is recommended that patients carry out rehabilitation exercises under the guidance of a doctor to avoid the adverse consequences caused by blind self-exercise.
