Renal lymphoma can usually be considered for relief through treatment measures such as surgery (nephrectomy), chemotherapy (prednisone, etc.), and radiation therapy. 1. Surgery Patients will present with a renal mass. It is recommended that radical nephrectomy should be the first choice for patients presenting with a unilateral lesion and with certain surgical conditions. 2. Chemotherapy Chemotherapy is preferred for patients with bilateral renal lymphoma, and the main therapeutic drugs include nitrogen mustard, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone and so on, which need to be combined. For patients with inert lymphoma, COP regimen (cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone) can be used, and CHOP regimen (cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine, prednisone) can be used for treatment if necessary; for patients with moderately malignant and aggressive lymphoma, the standard treatment is to use the CHOP regimen for 6-8 courses of chemotherapy, to control the disease progression. 3.Radiotherapy Localized irradiation of kidneys by radioactive rays can kill part of the cancer cells and improve the treatment effect. The specific treatment plan should be formulated under the guidance of doctors, and patients need to seek medical treatment in time when they have uncomfortable symptoms.
