2. Treatment of the cause: children with high fever, mostly caused by infections, if it is a bacterial infection, we can use cefaclor, cefixime and other antibiotics; if it is caused by influenza viral infections, we can use oseltamivir and other antiviral drugs; if there are mycoplasma infections, we can use azithromycin and other drugs.
