Second-line chemotherapy regimen for gastric cancer

There are more second-line chemotherapy regimens for gastric cancer, regardless of HER-2 positive or negative, including single-agent paclitaxel, docetaxel, irinotecan, albumin paclitaxel regimen, two-agent: irinotecan + 5-fluorouracil, paclitaxel/docetaxel + 5-fluorouracil regimen. 1. Grade I recommendation: single-agent chemotherapy: paclitaxel, docetaxel, irinotecan. 2. Grade II recommendation: two-agent chemotherapy is recommended according to previous use: irinotecan + 5-fluorouracil, paclitaxel/docetaxel + 5-fluorouracil/ capecitabine/tiglio regimen. or albumin-paclitaxel monotherapy 3. Grade III recommendation: cisplatin or oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy if previous treatment without platinum has failed. All of the above chemotherapy drugs can cause nausea, vomiting, white blood cell drop, anemia and other adverse reactions; and capecitabine, tiglio, etc. can also cause skin and mucous membrane reactions, try to avoid direct sunlight in the drug; paclitaxel, docetaxel, etc. can cause allergic reactions, the need for pretreatment to prevent allergies before use, allergic to the above drugs are prohibited.
